Cancellation Policy
We are very flexible with rescheduling needs as long as it is 24 hours before your set appointment time. Any reschedules less than 24 hours ahead will result in a loss of your deposit and a $25 re-booking fee will be applied before a new appointment is scheduled.
If it is the day of your appointment and you are more than 20 minutes late, cannot make it, did not follow pre-care instructions properly or a contraindication is discovered that prevents you from receiving your service (see Restrictions), you will incur a cost of 50% of the service total (including deposit) and a new appointment and new deposit will be required.
NO CALL and NO SHOWS: You will be responsible for a $100 service fee and will be required to pay a 50% deposit for any future procedures.
